			Kapital Corporation has been subject to several controversies over the years.

			=== Lag ===
			In 2022, Kapital Corporation's primary industrial complex experienced rapid expansion during a prolonged period of server inactivity. As a result, its machines carried heavy impact on server tick time (known as milliseconds per tick, or "mspt"), which at the time didn't matter due to the server rarely having non-Kapital players online. Despite management's best efforts to optimize the area, it is still to this day known to single-handedly increase the mspt by 16-20 when a player loads the area. As a result, many players expressed dissatisfaction with the usage of the Kapital Corporation industrial complex due to the lag affecting their gameplay on the server. The management has since decommissioned many of the machines at the complex and committed to keeping the area unloaded as much as possible during periods of high playercounts.

			In late 2024, Kapital Corporation was faced with controversy after an activist group alleged the company's villager operations division engaged in crimes against humanity. Activists claimed that the company's villager reproduction and disposition practices were inhumane and violated ethical standards. Kapital Corporation denied the allegations, stating "the company adheres to strict ethics guidelines and our treatment of villagers aligns with the industry standard." The lawsuit brought by the activists was later dropped when an undercover reporter published video of one of the activists using villagers in lieu of target blocks.

The portal coordinates were largely kept private and some server members were able to purchase the coordinates for diamonds. This stronghold is <s>easily</s> accessible through the Nether Hub at -5, 69, 205. The only other publicly accessible end portal is the [[Public Sand Duper]], located at 304 71 -152. 	The portal frame was modified by [[Zyrwen]] using the mushroom growth exploit. Zyrwen broke the outer frame and changed the decor of the portal room to a better aesthetic. However; on July 28th, 2023 [[JustAnotherU5er]] used the same mushroom exploit to break the portal blocks, leaving the portal as a 1x1 portal block. GlowSteve would later undo this damage as the portal is vital for the people of [[Spawn Town]].
