StreetyBH is the current Owner and Mayor of Swampvil, passed down from Carespanker. StreetyBH is also referred to as Brice or Streety.
Streety is often seen building houses or exploring other player towns. One of his favorite things to do on the server is build large houses in various locations and to make as much money as humanly possible. Streety owns the Netherite Shop located in the mall, which has sparked some controversies regarding the legality of one of the employees, Nick. Streety tends to keep his head out of the water, however, if he's involved, things either go his way or no way. He has been involved in nearly 4 lawsuits for attempted charges, ranging from theft, unsafe working conditions, and murder. Despite all of this, he is generally a helpful and caring person, although lazy.
