What the area used to look like before May 2023. Screenshot from Plexiate's video
0, 0 is a district in the world center. Before the Player Boom of 2023, it used to be a mostly neglected area with a few historic starter bases. The Big Ounce House basement can still be accessed at -9, 23. With the construction of The Estonian Embassy in May 2023, 0, 0 was set to change forever.
May 2023 development
After Elpson constructed The Estonian Embassy, he decided to build a small city inspired by his hometown Tallinn. Area is planned to house government buildings and small shops. Construction was temporarily stopped in July 2023 and resumed in June 2024.
