Town Hall was originally planned to be built on the 0,0 intersection. During the construction, Town Hall operated from a temporary location at -9, 23, 3rd floor. Due to the lack of funding, all construction was stopped and land was bought by IMxrk, who later built Noble Grill there. Temporary location was also closed and everything was moved to the Courthouse. In November of 2024, a new Town Hall was finally constructed.
